Of course people tell you how guiding kids into self-responsible adults is hard, but we have no idea what that means until we’re riding the highs and lows of parenting.

As a mother of twins, I am right there with you. It can be exhilarating. It can be terrifying.

The Parent Support Program helps parents overcome personal triggers that make it hard for them to offer their child the relationship they really want.

The Parent Support Program offers:

  • A client-centered treatment plan, allowing you to skip the waitlist for weekly therapy and gain faster access to select spots

  • Support that complements your preferred schedule and timeline for your treatment goals

  • One pre-consultation interview to assess for candidacy, gain insight, and articulate specific treatment goals

  • Up to 12 weeks of tailored support, both in and out of session

  • Personalized treatment workbook, which allows you to work on your goals before, during, and after the program

  • Three to four intensive support sessions with Kambria (online during COVID-19)

  • Exclusive access to Kambria’s library and resources to accelerate your treatment and support change

Parent support program objectives:

  • Finding more enjoyment during your child's individuation process

  • Creating a safe and respectful home environment

  • Role modeling assertiveness, boundaries, and empathy

  • Create something better than you had growing up

  • Explore how to love each other when capacity is low

  • Articulate family relationships as they are, rather than how they should be

  • Understanding personal triggers that make it hard for you to offer your child the relationship you really want
